Slouchly
Terms of Use
Last updated October 22, 2026
Slouchly offers general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Stop any exercise that causes sharp pain, numbness or tingling, and see a doctor or physical therapist if pain is severe, gets worse, or spreads down an arm or leg.
These terms cover your use of the Slouchly iPhone app (“Slouchly”), made by Studio Killswitch LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Slouchly, you agree to them. They apply alongside Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Health and safety
Slouchly suggests posture and strengthening exercises based on published research. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it does not replace advice from a doctor or physical therapist.
- Check with a health professional before starting if you have numbness, tingling or weakness, a recent injury or surgery, a diagnosed spinal condition such as scoliosis, or any other health concern.
- Listen to your body. Do exercises at your own pace and skip or swap any that hurt.
- You take part in the exercises at your own risk.
Subscriptions and payments
Slouchly’s plan is unlocked with one of these options, sold through the App Store:
- Slouchly Yearly, a subscription billed once a year. Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial first.
- Slouchly Monthly, a subscription billed once a month.
- Plan Pass, a one-time purchase that unlocks Slouchly for 3 months and does not renew.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same length and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Slouchly reminds you 2 days before your trial ends.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone’s Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Apple handles refunds under its own policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If we change a subscription price, Apple will tell you in advance and, where required, ask you to agree to the new price before it applies.
Using Slouchly
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Slouchly on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Slouchly’s exercises, illustrations, mascot, text and code belong to Studio Killswitch LLC. Your progress, check-ins and photos are yours, and stay on your device as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Slouchly is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and running well, but we don’t promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that it will produce any particular result for your posture, pain or health.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Studio Killswitch LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Slouchly, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Slouchly in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms as Slouchly changes. We’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top; continuing to use Slouchly after that means you accept them. You can stop using Slouchly at any time by cancelling any subscription and deleting the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
