Planning
How do I connect my calendar?
Open Settings → Calendars and choose Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. Oda plans around your busy events and keeps your plan in a calendar called “Oda”.
What happens to a task I miss?
By default Oda asks what to do with it. To have missed tasks moved to the next free time on their own, change Settings → Missed tasks to Move on its own.
Can I keep a task at a set time?
Yes. Give it a start time and Oda plans everything else around it.
How do I turn off Ask Oda?
Turn off Ask Oda in Settings. Nothing is sent to the AI while it’s off, and the rest of Oda works as before.
Your account
How do I use Oda on another device?
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account. Your plan stays in sync.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Your tasks, settings and connected calendars are deleted from our servers. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription; cancel that with Apple too.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Email hello@starplasma.co from the address on your account.
Subscription
How do I cancel?
Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone and choose Oda. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or billing period ends to avoid being charged.
I subscribed but Oda is asking me to pay
Tap Restore on the subscription screen, or Restore purchases in Settings, signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
