Purchases and subscriptions
I paid but Slouchly is still locked
Open Slouchly, go to the paywall and tap Restore. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Restoring also brings your purchase to a new iPhone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In Slouchly, open Settings and tap Manage, or go to your iPhone’s Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
How does the free trial work?
Slouchly Yearly starts with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Slouchly reminds you 2 days before the trial ends, and you won’t be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
What is the Plan Pass?
A one-time purchase that unlocks Slouchly for 3 months, enough for a full plan. It never renews; buy another if you want to keep going. You can see when it ends in Slouchly’s Settings.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are made through the App Store, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your plan
An exercise hurts or doesn’t suit me
Stop any exercise that causes sharp pain, numbness or tingling. You can swap it for another one, and undo swaps in Settings → Swapped exercises. If pain is severe, gets worse, or spreads down an arm or leg, see a doctor or physical therapist.
How do I change my pace or start over?
In Settings you can change how many sessions you do a day, your posture issues and your pain level. Start a new plan lets you pick again and keeps your streak, badges, check-ins and photos.
I’m not getting reminders
Turn on Session reminders in Slouchly’s Settings, then check that notifications are allowed for Slouchly in your iPhone’s Settings → Notifications.
Your data
Where are my progress photos and check-ins?
They stay on your iPhone, and Slouchly never uploads them. Deleting the app or choosing Reset everything in Settings removes them.
Can I turn off analytics?
Yes. Turn off Share anonymous usage data in Slouchly’s Settings. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
